Whether you’re navigating ADHD, autism, relationship difficulties, depression, or long-standing self-doubt, therapy can offer the space to explore what’s going on and begin to feel more settled, clear, and understood.

If you’re healing from trauma, I also work with EMDR — a well-established, evidence-based and very effective approach that helps people process difficult experiences and feel more present in their lives again.

I also support people who want to build self-esteem, manage emotions more effectively, and meet life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity.
